Terms of Service
Version 1.1 · Effective: 2026-11-01
In short. These terms cover buying a Silver Bullet licence and using our website and licensing service. You can try Silver Bullet free for 14 days. A licence key works on one computer. Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. No refunds once the licence key has been delivered. If your key does not arrive, e-mail us your proof of payment. We give no product support: help with the product is community support only. We answer e-mail about licences and payments only. There is no telephone support. Outside India, we sell only for business use. Disputes go to arbitration in Thane, Maharashtra, India, under Indian law. This box is a summary. The numbered clauses below are the agreement.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Govirang Microspaces Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U58200MH2024PTC424124), with its registered office at Office No 1004, 10th floor, Chesterton, Hiranandani Estate, Patlipada, Off Ghodbunder Road, Thane 400607, Maharashtra ("Govirang", “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. These Terms apply to: (a) buying, renewing and paying for licences to the Silver Bullet software ("Software"); (b) our website, our licensing service (which issues, renews, re-sends and moves licence keys) and our e-mails about licences and payments (together, the “Service”); and (c) any feedback, idea or material you send us.
1.3. Your use of the Software itself is governed by the End User Licence Agreement ("EULA"). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. The EULA and the Privacy Notice are part of these Terms by reference. If these Terms and the EULA conflict about the use of the Software, the EULA wins. If they conflict about buying, paying or the Service, these Terms win.
1.4. In these Terms, “you” means the person who accepts them. If you accept them for a company or other organisation, “you” also means that organisation (see clause 3).
2. Accepting these Terms
2.1. You accept these Terms by ticking the box and choosing Agree and continue in the Software, by starting a purchase, or by using the Service. If you do not agree, do not install, use or buy the Software, and do not use the Service.
2.2. The Software records the date and time of acceptance, the versions of the documents you accepted, the user and the Software version, on your computer. You agree that this record, and our own records of a purchase, are evidence that you accepted these Terms.
2.3. This is an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000. It needs no signature.
3. Who may buy and use
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
3.2. If you accept these Terms for an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it. If you do not have that authority, you are personally bound by these Terms.
3.3. Business use outside India. If you are outside India, you may buy and use the Software only for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession, and not as a consumer. By buying from outside India, you confirm that you are buying for business use. We rely on that confirmation. If it is not true, you are responsible for any loss it causes us, to the extent the law allows.
3.4. You may not buy or use the Software or the Service if you are a person or entity that sanctions or export laws prohibit us from dealing with (see clause 15).
3.5. Silver Bullet is signed by Govirang only, not by Apple, Microsoft or a public certificate authority (EULA clause 10A). Please check that this is acceptable to you, and to your organisation’s IT policy, during the free trial and before you buy.
4. The free trial
4.1. The Software runs as a free trial for 14 days from its first start on a computer. The trial is for evaluating the Software. One trial is allowed per computer.
4.2. You must not reset, extend or get around the trial, for example by changing the computer’s clock or code, reinstalling to start a new trial, or editing the Software’s files.
4.3. The trial is given “as is”, without any warranty, and we may change or end trials at any time. When the trial ends, the Software asks for a licence key before it can be used again. Your data stays on your computer.
4.4. Try before you buy. The trial lets you check that the Software works with your computer, your data, your databases and the AI model you want to use before you pay. Because no refunds are given once a key is delivered (clause 7), please use the trial fully.
5. Plans, prices and taxes
5.1. Two plans are offered: (a) Monthly: a subscription, billed each month in advance, that renews automatically until you cancel it; and (b) Yearly: a single payment, in advance, for one year. It does not renew by itself.
5.2. Prices per month for one computer are:
| Region | Monthly price | Yearly price (10 × monthly) |
|---|---|---|
| India | ₹250 + GST | ₹2,500 + GST |
| Americas | US$7 + tax | US$70 + tax |
| Europe | €8 + tax | €80 + tax |
| United Kingdom | £8 + tax | £80 + tax |
| Middle East and North Africa | US$7 + tax | US$70 + tax |
| Singapore | S$10 + tax | S$100 + tax |
| Australia | A$10 + tax | A$100 + tax |
| Rest of the world | US$7 + tax | US$70 + tax |
5.3. The price and the taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price of that order. Taxes (such as GST or VAT) are added as the law of your country requires. Where you give a valid business tax number, the tax may be handled under the reverse-charge rules of your country. You are responsible for any bank, card or currency-conversion fees.
5.4. Price changes. We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order already paid. For a monthly subscription, we will tell you of a price increase by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. If you do not cancel before the renewal, the new price applies from that renewal.
6. Payment and the merchant of record
6.1. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Dodo Payments takes the payment, charges the tax, issues the invoice and handles card and other payment details. Its own buyer terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment. We never see or store your card details.
6.2. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. By choosing the monthly plan, you authorise Dodo Payments to charge your payment method each month, in advance, until you cancel. You can cancel, change your card or download invoices through Dodo’s customer portal, using the link in your order e-mails or on the Software’s Licence page. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. You keep your licence until then. No part of a month is refunded.
6.3. Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails, Dodo Payments may try again. If it is not paid, no renewal key is issued and the licence ends at the end of the paid period (plus any grace period shown in the Software). The Software then asks for a licence key before it can be used. We may suspend renewals, re-sends and moves for an order whose payment is disputed, reversed or charged back.
6.4. Delivery. After a successful payment, the licence key is delivered by e-mail to the address given at checkout. It may also be shown on our thank-you page and, if you allow it, fetched by the Software itself. A licence key counts as delivered when it is sent by e-mail to the address given at checkout, or is shown to you or installed in the Software, whichever happens first.
7. No refunds
7.1. No refunds once the licence key has been delivered. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, to renewals, and to unused time.
7.2. If your key is not delivered. If you paid but did not receive a licence key, e-mail proof of payment (for example Dodo’s receipt or invoice, or the order number) to the support address in clause 9. Once we verify that the payment was successful, we send the licence key by e-mail.
7.3. Dodo Payments, as merchant of record, applies its own buyer terms to payment problems such as a duplicate charge. Nothing in this clause limits a refund that Dodo Payments gives under those terms, or a right that the law does not allow to be excluded (clause 13.5).
7.4. Consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. We sell outside India for business use only (clause 3.3). If, despite that, you buy as a consumer in one of these places, the law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital content. At checkout, before payment, you are asked to confirm the following, and the licence key is delivered at once only if you do:
“I ask for my licence key to be delivered immediately. I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once the licence key has been delivered.”
Once the key has been delivered after that confirmation, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, as the law allows.
8. Licence keys
8.1. A licence key is for one computer: the computer whose code it was issued for. It works only there and only for the period paid. Keys are checked on your computer, without contacting us.
8.2. Licence keys are confidential. Do not share, publish, sell or transfer them. You are responsible for keeping your key and your order e-mail safe.
8.3. If you change computers, you may move your licence to the new computer using Move to this computer in the Software (or the equivalent on our website), within the limits the Software shows at the time. A moved licence stops working on the old computer 7 days after the move. Further moves are at our discretion.
8.4. A key that was obtained by fraud, a payment that was reversed or charged back, a breach of these Terms or the EULA, or a mistake in issuing it (for example the wrong period or computer) may be refused for renewal, re-sending or moving. We may replace a key issued by mistake with a correct one.
9. Support
9.1. We do not provide product support. Help with installing, setting up and using the Software is available through community support only. We may, but do not have to, take part in the community. Community answers come from other users and are not advice from us.
9.2. E-mail support is only for licence and payment matters (for example a key that did not arrive, a move, or a payment question). Write to [email protected]. We aim to answer within a reasonable time but do not promise a response time.
9.3. We do not provide telephone support.
9.4. We are not obliged to fix defects, release updates or new versions, or keep the Software compatible with any operating system, database, browser or AI model. We may do so at our own choice.
10. Using the Service fairly
10.1. You must not, and must not help anyone else to: (a) use the Software or the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in breach of anyone’s rights; (b) copy, modify, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, the licence-key format or the Service, except as far as the law expressly allows despite this clause; (c) make, change, share, sell or use licence keys other than those we issued to you, or get around the licence check or the trial; (d) scrape, crawl or harvest the website or the Service, or call the licensing service other than through the Software or our website; (e) interfere with, overload, probe or attack the Service, or try to reach parts of it you are not allowed to reach; (f) use the Software or the Service to build or train a competing product, or for competitive analysis, benchmarking for publication, or competitive intelligence, without our written permission; (g) upload or send malware, or anything meant to harm the Software, the Service or anyone’s systems; or (h) misrepresent who you are, or that you are buying for business use.
10.2. If we reasonably believe you have broken clause 10.1, we may, without notice and without refund, stop renewals, re-sends and moves for your licences, refuse further orders, and terminate these Terms and your licences. We may also take legal action.
11. Our intellectual property
11.1. The Software, the Service, the website, our documentation, our names and logos, and all intellectual property in them belong to Govirang or its licensors. We licence the Software to you under the EULA; we do not sell it. No right is given to you except as these Terms and the EULA expressly say.
11.2. “Silver Bullet” and our logos are our trade marks. You may not use them except to refer truthfully to the Software.
12. Feedback and submissions
12.1. If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports or other material about the Software or the Service ("Submissions"), you give Govirang a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, copy, change, publish and exploit them in any way, without any duty to you, including any duty to pay, credit or report.
12.2. No confidential relationship. Submissions are not confidential. No confidential, fiduciary or other special relationship is created between you and us by sending them. Do not send anything you consider confidential or that you do not have the right to give.
12.3. Independent development. We and others may already be developing, or may later develop, ideas, features or products that are similar to a Submission. You agree that we may do so freely, and that you will make no claim against us because of any similarity.
12.4. No duty to respond. We do not have to read, consider, respond to or use any Submission.
12.5. No injunction against us. To the extent the law allows, you agree that money damages are an adequate remedy for any claim you have about a Submission, the Software or the Service, and that you will not seek an injunction or other order to stop us from developing, distributing or selling the Software, the Service or any product or feature.
13. Warranties, liability and indemnity
13.1. As is. The Software (including the trial) and the Service are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty, condition or representation of any kind, express or implied, including about merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Software or the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not guarantee any uptime or availability of the Service. The EULA says more about answers produced with the help of AI models.
13.2. What we are never liable for. To the fullest extent the law allows, Govirang, its directors, employees, agents and suppliers are not liable, under any legal theory (contract, tort including negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise), for any: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings; (c) loss, corruption or disclosure of data, or the cost of restoring it; (d) loss caused by decisions made on the basis of the Software’s answers; or (e) business interruption or the cost of substitute goods or services, even if we were told such loss was possible.
13.3. Our total liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Software, the Service, these Terms and the EULA is limited to the amount you paid us for the Software in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the first claim, or, if you paid nothing in that time, ₹1,000 (if you are in India) or US$10 (anywhere else).
13.4. Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Govirang, its directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, penalty, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your breach of these Terms or the EULA; your data, your databases and your use of them; your use of any AI model provider; your breach of any law or of any third party’s rights; or your false confirmation of business use.
13.5. Rights the law protects. Nothing in these Terms or the EULA excludes or limits any liability, or any right, that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or (where the law of your country requires it) for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the consumer law of your country. Where such a law applies, the exclusions and limits in these Terms apply only as far as that law allows.
13.6. The limits in this clause 13 are part of the basis of the price. They apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
14. Force majeure
14.1. We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, riots, government action, strikes, power or internet failures, failures of hosting, e-mail or payment providers (including Dodo Payments), and cyber-attacks.
15. Export control and sanctions
15.1. The Software and the Service may be subject to the export control and sanctions laws of India, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and other countries. You must comply with them. You confirm that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not named on, or owned or controlled by anyone named on, a sanctions or restricted-party list. You must not export, re-export or use the Software in breach of those laws, or for any prohibited end use.
16. Suspension and termination
16.1. You may stop using the Service at any time, and cancel a monthly subscription as clause 6.2 says.
16.2. We may suspend or end the Service, or stop selling the Software, at any time. If we stop selling it, licences already paid for keep working on their computers until the end of their period, because keys are checked on your computer.
16.3. We may terminate these Terms and your licences at once, by notice (an e-mail is enough), if you break these Terms or the EULA. No refund is given on termination.
16.4. Clauses that by their nature should last after termination survive it, including clauses 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18 and 19, and the parts of the EULA that say they survive.
17. Notices of claims, disputes and arbitration
17.1. Notice of a claim first. Before starting any proceedings, you must send us a written notice of your claim, with enough detail for us to understand it, to the support address in clause 9 and to our registered office, within 90 days of when you first knew, or ought to have known, of the facts giving rise to it. We will then try in good faith to settle it with you for 30 days. This notice step does not shorten any period of limitation that the law does not allow to be shortened; where it would, the period set by law applies instead.
17.2. Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the EULA, the Privacy Notice, the Software or the Service, including about their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, that is not settled under clause 17.1, will be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). (a) The tribunal is a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement of the parties or, failing agreement within 30 days of a written request, in accordance with that Act. (b) The seat and venue of arbitration is Thane, Maharashtra, India. Hearings may be held by video conference. (c) The arbitration is conducted in English. (d) The award is final and binding, and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction, including under the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (New York, 1958). (e) The arbitration and its outcome are confidential, except as needed to enforce the award or as the law requires.
17.3. Individual claims only. To the extent the law allows, claims are brought only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of different people. You and we waive any right to a jury trial.
17.4. Our right to court relief. Nothing in this clause stops Govirang from asking any court, anywhere, for an injunction or other urgent relief to protect its intellectual property, its confidential information, the Software, its licence keys or the Service.
17.5. Consumer forums. If you are a consumer in India, nothing in this clause takes away your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where that law allows it.
18. Governing law and courts
18.1. These Terms, the EULA and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual ones) arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of India, and in particular the laws applying in the State of Maharashtra, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
18.2. Subject to clause 17, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India (and the High Court of Bombay where it has jurisdiction) have exclusive jurisdiction, including over applications in support of the arbitration.
19. General
19.1. Entire agreement. These Terms, the EULA and the Privacy Notice are the whole agreement between you and us about their subject. They replace anything said or written before. You have not relied on any statement not written in them. Terms in any purchase order or other document from you do not apply.
19.2. Changes. We may change these Terms. The new version is shown in the Software and on our website with a new version number and effective date. When a change is material, the Software asks you to accept the new version before you can continue to use it. A change does not apply to a payment made before it took effect. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Software and the Service; no refund is due.
19.3. Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it is replaced by the valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to its intention, and the rest of these Terms continues in full force.
19.4. No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, or delay doing so, we have not given it up.
19.5. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, your licences or your keys without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and duties, for example to a successor of our business.
19.6. No third-party rights. No one other than you and Govirang has any right under these Terms, except Govirang’s directors, employees and agents, who may rely on clauses 12 and 13.
19.7. Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, employment, joint venture or fiduciary relationship.
19.8. Notices. We may give you notices by e-mail to the address given at checkout, in the Software, or on our website. You give us notices by e-mail to the support address in clause 9, and, for notices of a claim, also in writing to our registered office.
19.9. Language. These Terms are written in English. A translation, if any, is for convenience only. The English text prevails.
19.10. Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation”.
